The staff immediately were prepared to intake my vehicle as I pulled my car into the carport reception area. Staff opened my car door and verified my name and appointment with exact facts about the services arranged for my Malibu for that day of maintenance. The waiting area was warm on a cold day and the showroom lounge was only a few steps away if snacks or beverages were preferred. The staff and customers on the particular day I was there were nice to talk to and the wait time went by fast. KILLEEN, TX | 2014 Chevrolet 1500 SilveradoJanuary 21, 2026I requested a transmission filter change and fluid service. My 2014 Chevrolet Silverado High Country was picked up next day with a fluid change only (no Filter). Time was not on my side so I had to take the vehicle back. I paid for the service but was not satisfied.I have around 140000 mile on the vehicle and am the second owner of truck, so I do not know if the first filter was ever replaced.
