I bought my truck in for a recall and engine light came on. On the 10th of March. I was checking every other day, On the 17th I was told that they were putting the def in. Then on the 19th I stopped by, and spoke with the service manager. I told her I been without transport for 9 days now. She told me that if the truck wasn't ready they would get me a vehicle, and she would let me know something at 4pm. I received a call from I think his name is Justin saying that they ran into a problem with a Camero, or corvette and they would try to get to my truck on the 20th. I said ok I need a ride and was told there's none. I asked to speak to the Service manager and was told she would return. I waited no call so I came up there, and I felt like I was getting around now what she told me was different. So I asked my truck and found out now they are doing the recall. She told me they were staying late to try and fix it. I got a diagnostic test at 5:01pm. I still had to wait to get the to take over to Ford. I just don't understand why I wasn't offer a vehicle or the work wasn't done before the 19th. It was the most disappointing experience we ya'll. I will drive to Temple before I come back there.
